9.2 Program Reports
Updated today
Program-level reports give you visibility into all practice test and problem set activity within a specific program, such as SAT. This is where most day-to-day reporting work happens.
Accessing Program Reports
From the main navigation, click on the program name (e.g., SAT, ACT, SHSAT).
Click on Reports in the program sub-menu.
By default, you will land on the Practice Test report tab.
To view problem set reports, click the Problem Set tab.
Report Types Available
Report Type | Description |
|---|---|
Practice Test Reports | All practice tests taken by students within this program |
Problem Set Reports | All problem sets completed by students within this program |
Filtering Reports
Before viewing individual reports, use the filter panel to narrow down the list:
Filter | Options |
|---|---|
Status | Completed, Paused, or In Progress |
Practice Test / Problem Set | Filter by a specific test or problem set name. The filter is labeled Practice Test on the Practice Test tab and Problem Set on the Problem Set tab |
Student Name | Find reports for a specific student |
Student Email | Search by email address |
Attempted Date | Filter by date range |
After selecting your filters, click Apply Filters to update the results.
Opening an Individual Report
Once filtered, find the student row and click View Report in the last column. View Report appears only for rows whose attempt is complete and has a report available; rows still In Progress or Paused do not show this action. This opens the full detailed report for that student's specific test attempt.
