9.4* Content Analytics
Content Analytics evaluates how questions themselves are performing helping you identify questions that may be too easy, too hard, or poorly calibrated across your student population.
Review content analytics periodically if you are running custom tests with questions from My Library. If a question has an unusually high or low correct rate, it may need to be reviewed, re-tagged for difficulty, or rewritten.
Key Metrics to Watch
Metric | What It Tells You |
|---|---|
Correct Rate by Question | Questions with very high correct rates may be too easy; very low rates may indicate a poorly worded question or mismatched difficulty tag |
Average Time per Question | Questions that consistently take much longer may be overly complex or confusingly worded |
Skip Rate | High skip rates on a question may indicate it is intimidating or confusing to students |
Domain & Skill Distribution | Ensures your test covers the intended content areas proportionally |
