9.5 Exporting Reports
EdisonOS allows you to export individual reports as PDF files, making it easy to share performance data with students, parents, guardians, or external stakeholders without requiring platform access.
How to Export a Report
Navigate to Reports under the relevant program.
Use the filter panel to narrow results to the specific student, test, or status you need.
Click Apply Filters.
Click Export Report.
The report will download as a PDF file to your device.
Always filter before exporting. An unfiltered export will pull all records in the current view, which can produce a very large and unfocused document. Exporting a single student's filtered report keeps the PDF clean and readable for sharing.
