7.7 Managing Credits
Credits are deducted from a student's balance each time they complete an assessment. The number of credits consumed depends on the type of test taken.
Credit Consumption by Test Type
Test / Assessment Type | Credits Used |
|---|---|
1 SAT Full-Length Test | 6 credits |
1 ACT Full-Length Test | 6 credits |
1 SHSAT Full-Length Test | 10 credits |
1 PSAT Full Length Test | 4 credits |
1 SAT Module Test | 3 credits |
1 SHSAT Module Test | 6 credits |
1 PSAT Module Test | 3 credits |
1 Problem Set (all programs except SHSAT) | 1 credit |
1 SHSAT Problem Set | 2 credits |
Problem sets are the most credit-efficient way for students to practice. If a student is running low on credits, prioritize targeted problem sets over full-length tests until credits are topped up.
Monitor credit balances occasionally for students approaching a full-length test date. Running out of credits mid-program can interrupt momentum and delay preparation.
Where to Manage Credits
Credits are managed from the Console App, not the Academy App.
Switch to the Console App.
Go to Billing & Subscription.
From here you can view and purchase additional credits for your academy.
