7.8 Managing Licenses
A student with an assigned license has unrestricted access with no credits are consumed, regardless of how many tests or problem sets they take.
How to Assign a License to a Student
Select the relevant program.
Go to Students.
Find the student and click the three-dot menu (⋯) on their row.
Click Assign License.
The license is immediately applied, the student can now take unlimited tests without credit deductions.
Only students who have been assigned a license will have unlimited access. All other enrolled students remain on the credit model by default. Always confirm a license has been assigned before a high-volume student begins their program.
Purchasing and Managing Licenses
Like credits, licenses are purchased and managed through the Console App.
Go to your Profile → Console App.
Navigate to Billing & Subscription.
Purchase the required number of licenses for your academy.
Assign them to individual students as needed from the Academy App.
