3.3 Setting Up a Program
Programs define the exam prep structure of your academy. You can set up programs during your initial onboarding or add them at any time from the platform.
Setting Up Programs During Sign-Up (Onboarding Flow)
When you log in to EdisonOS for the first time, you are guided through a 4-step onboarding flow to configure your academy. Program selection happens at Step 3 of 4.
Steps to set up programs during onboarding:
After signing up, log in to your EdisonOS academy for the first time
The onboarding flow launches automatically
Complete Step 1 - Enter your academy details
Complete Step 2 - Select your expected student enrolment range
On Step 3, you will see the Select the programs you want to configure screen
Browse all Available Programs such as SAT, ACT, SHSAT, PSAT/NMSQT, PSAT 10, and PSAT 8/9
Check the programs you want to activate for your academy
You can select one or more programs and you can always add more later
On Step 4, select what you will use the academy for such as Full & Sectional Mocks, Diagnostic Assessments, Homework & Skill Drills, and more
Click Finish Setup
Your selected programs will now appear in the left sidebar of your academy, ready to use.
You do not need to finalise your program selection during onboarding. You can add more programs at any point after setup.
Adding a Program After Sign-Up
If you skipped a program during onboarding or want to expand your academy later, you can add programs at any time directly from the platform.
Steps to add a program after sign-up:
In the left sidebar, locate the Programs section
Click the + icon at the top right of the Programs section
The Add Programs modal will open
Under Available Programs, check the program(s) you want to add
Click Add Program
The newly added program will appear in your sidebar immediately and is ready to configure.
Programs marked as Coming Soon such as ISEE, SSAT, AP US History, and AP Physics 1 are not yet available for full configuration but can be selected in advance.
