9.2 Program Reports
Program-level reports give you visibility into all practice test and problem set activity within a specific program, such as SAT. This is where most day-to-day reporting work happens.
The program-level summary dashboard is still being built. However, the individual report view within each program is fully functional today.
Accessing Program Reports
From the main navigation, click on the program name (e.g., SAT, ACT, SHSAT).
Click on Reports in the program sub-menu.
By default, you will land on the Practice Test report tab.
To view problem set reports, click the Problem Set tab.
Report Types Available
Report Type | Description |
|---|---|
Practice Test Reports | All practice tests taken by students within this program |
Problem Set Reports | All problem sets completed by students within this program |
Filtering Reports
Before viewing individual reports, use the filter panel to narrow down the list:
Filter | Options |
|---|---|
Status | Submitted, In Progress, or Live |
Practice Test Name | Filter by a specific test name |
Student Name | Find reports for a specific student |
Student Email | Search by email address |
After selecting your filters, click Apply Filters to update the results.
Use the Status filter regularly. In Progress reports flag students who started a test but haven't submitted, this can indicate a technical issue or a student who needs a nudge to complete their assessment.
Opening an Individual Report
Once filtered, find the student row and click View Report in the last column. This opens the full detailed report for that student's specific test attempt.
