Can I edit questions from the EdisonOS Library?
→ No. The EdisonOS Library is read-only. You can view and use those questions in custom tests, but all editing must be done in My Library. If you need a modified version of a library question, recreate it manually in My Library.
Can I enroll a student into multiple programs at once?
→ Yes. During enrollment, you can select multiple programs (SAT, ACT, SHSAT, or any custom program) at the same time. If a student needs to be added to an additional program after enrollment, use the Add Program option from the three-dot menu on their student row — do not unenroll and re-enroll, as this can disconnect their historical report data.
What happens to a student's data if I unenroll them?
→ Their access to the platform is removed, but all historical reports and test data are retained. You can still view their past results from the reports section.
Can two students have different time zones within the same academy?
→ Yes. The Academy Time Zone sets the default for newly enrolled students. Students enrolled before a time zone change keep their prior setting. Individual students can also update their own time zone from their personal settings.
Can I change my login email address?
→ No. Your login email is fixed at the account level and cannot be changed from Profile Settings.
What is the difference between Exam Mode and Tutor Mode?
→ Exam Mode is timed and simulates real test conditions with no feedback given during the test. Tutor Mode is untimed and guided, providing feedback and explanation after each question.
Can I combine questions from the EdisonOS Library and My Library in one custom test?
→ Yes. Both libraries can be used together when building a custom practice test or problem set. You are not limited to pulling questions from just a single library.
What happens to credits if a student has a license?
→ No credits are deducted while the license is active. Students have unlimited access to the practice tests and problem sets in their licensed program, subject to their allotted attempts. Once the license expires, credits will be deducted as usual.
Can I preview a test or problem set before assigning it to students?
→ Yes. Click the Preview button on any practice test or problem set to see exactly what a student will experience — including the question flow and the post-completion report view.
